Racquel Allen is a certified Wedding Planner and Senior Cosmotolgist who is passionate about event planning. She started her vision in 1998 with planning all aspects of her own wedding in just 3 months. Shortly after planning her wedding, she realized this was truly a gift from God. Not only did she enjoy putting together this celebration; it would soon change her life. She was already a successful salon owner of Statements Hair Boutique in Reisterstown MD, providing hair and make-up artistry to countless other brides, as well as customizing unique wedding jewelry. RocDesigns Weddings & Event Planning was birthed in October 1998. She has a gift of organization, design, details and coordinating. RocDesigns will give you elegance, uniqueness with an original type of event of your dreams. She harnesses her professionalism from beginning to end in every business venture.  She can take a color, theme, or an idea and turn it into a spectacular event.   Racquel's vision for her brides and grooms are to be completely relaxed and stress free for their entire  planning process.
